Settings shared across inbound and outbound, plus direction-specific overrides.
Voice Agent Tools
Toggle which actions the agent is allowed to take during a call. Disabled tools are removed from the LLM payload — the agent can't fire them even if the caller asks. Per-tool param overrides accept JSON; leave empty for catalog defaults.
Saving is shared with the Settings tab — switch back to "Settings" and
click Save Settings; both tools_enabled and
tool_overrides are persisted in the same PATCH.
